·        For our essential this week, make sure you are working on being a humble winner. You can be proud of yourself for the hard work you put in to win a game, but positive thoughts & a happy smile is what makes you a humble winner. You do not need to brag to others that you or your team won the game. 

·        The same goes if we lose a game. We should not show anger towards others or throw the basketball. Being a gracious loser means we congratulate the other team for their accomplishment. Losing should help to motivate us to work harder and practice the skills so we can be more successful in the future!
